Martha Fox joined Campbell & Levine in August 2007 as an associate in the Wilmington office. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fox was an associate with McCarter & English, LLP, in Wilmington, Delaware in the corporate practice group. Previously she was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Philadelphia in the Tax and Legal Services Division. Ms. Fox also has an extensive background in the securities industry as an investment consultant, having worked with individual clients, primarily business owners, and pension plans at Salomon Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley.
Ms. Fox received her B.S. from the University of Louisville, her J.D. from the University of Connecticut, where she was named Dean's Scholar, received the CALI award for achievement in Cyberspace Law, the Olson Spragens Tax Scholar Award, awarded by the IRS Department of National Taxpayer Advocate, as well as the Certificate of Tax Law studies. Ms. Fox anticipates completing her LL.M. at Villanova University in the fall term of 2007, where she has earned the Estate Planning Certificate.
Ms. Fox is admitted to the Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. She is a member of the Bar Associations in those states, as well as a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
Ms. Fox advises various not-for-profit organizations on operational and fundraising matters and is a volunteer with the Philadelphia Volunteer Indigent Program. |
