Martha Miller de Lombera has been a director of Nationwide Financial, Nationwide Life and Nationwide Life and Annuity since August 2003. Ms. Miller de Lombera retired from Procter & Gamble, a consumer products company, in April 2001 after 25 years of service. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager of Procter & Gamble’s Latin American North Market Development Organization from 1998 to April 2001. Ms. Miller de Lombera has been a director of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., an international specialty retailer and distributor of professional beauty supplies, since November 2006; a director of Ryerson, Inc., a North American distributor and processor of metals, since January 2004; and served as a director of Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A. de C.V., an airport operator in southeastern Mexico, from March 2001 through April 2005. |
