Marty's practice includes a broad range of private financing transactions, including both secured and unsecured, investment-grade loans. Her practice involves representation of both lending institutions and borrowers in commercial financing transactions and includes syndicated and structured finance transactions as well as workouts and restructuring of such transactions.
Marty has experience documenting and negotiating loans secured by many different types of assets, including commercial, energy and real estate assets. She also has handled mezzanine financing deals secured by both personal and real property and is familiar with the unique structuring aspects involved in mezzanine transactions.
