Martha F. Coultrap is a partner in the private equity and venture capital groups of the Corporate Department of our New York office. Ms. Coultrap represents institutional investors and funds of funds, in diverse private equity financing transactions. Her institutional clients include regulated financial institutions, public and private pension funds, and foreign investors as limited partners in domestic and offshore buy-out, growth, venture capital, hedge and special situations funds. She has represented private and public companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, service, marketing and catalog businesses. Commercial matters that Ms. Coultrap has handled include organization, securities offerings, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
