Martha F. Bauer Ms. Bauer is Of Counsel in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on commercial and complex litigation, primarily intellectual property, environmental, antitrust and telecommunications disputes. Ms. Bauer has been involved in significant representations of a wide variety of commercial clients, ranging from small entrepreneurs to major corporations in Colorado, California, Nevada and a number of other states. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bauer was vice president and general counsel of Bison Sportlights, managing all litigation, regulatory and human resources matters. Ms. Bauer began her career in private practice as a litigation associate for Sherman & Howard in Denver, with a concentration in telecommunications and environmental defense. |
