Marshall Keneipp has 18 years of energy industry experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of utility energy service programs and new product development. His primary areas of expertise include end-use technology performance and application, energy use modeling and measurement, market assessment and marketing strategy development, product and service development, and performance measurement and evaluation of energy services. Mr. Keneipp's most recent work has focused on developing innovative approaches to program evaluation and the design and implementation of new products and services in residential and commercial applications. He is currently assisting a Midwestern utility with deploying an integrated evaluation strategy. He is also engaged in developing new program delivery concepts for the small- to mid-sized commercial market. Formerly a principal with Hagler Bailly, Mr. Keneipp managed the firm's energy engineering practice for over seven years. Prior to that, he was a practicing engineer at ANCO Engineers in their energy management practice, and a design engineer at Flack and Kurtz where he worked on the design of HVAC systems for large commercial buildings. Mr. Keneipp has co-authored several guidebooks to energy program evaluation and the application of engineering methods to energy use assessment, and has developed a wide range of efficiency program educational and collateral materials. He is a frequent presenter at workshops and seminars on engineering approaches to energy analysis. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado. |
