Marshall Lerner is a partner practicing in the tax, trusts & estates practice group with an emphasis on federal taxation, pensions, and employee benefits. He is also experienced in securities litigation, antitrust, business fraud, civil rights, trade secrets, contacts and enforcement of non competition agreements. He works with the firm's Information Services department as Senior Systems Integrator.

Served as lead trial counsel in civil action that successfully shut down a multi-business security and insurance fraud operation within a week of undertaking the representation, an action that state and federal regulatory authorities had indicated would take months to achieve
