Marshall L. Day was elected a director of the company in April 2004. He was appointed Independent Lead Director in May 2004. From 1986 through April 2000, Mr. Day served in various positions with Home Depot Inc., serving as Senior Vice President Finance from 1993 to 1995, Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 1998 and Senior Vice President Finance and Accounting from 1998 through April 2000. Since his retirement from Home Depot Inc. in April 2000, Mr. Day has served as an independent consultant. |
