As senior vice president and chief financial officer of Millennium, Ms. Fanucci is responsible for developing the company's overall strategy and business plan. Ms. Fanucci joined Millennium's management team in 2000 as Vice President, Corporate Development, where her responsibilities include corporate strategy leadership, mergers and acquisitions and licensing. She was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Strategy, and was responsible for leading the company's overall corporate strategy efforts and overseeing the finance function.
Prior to joining Millennium, Ms. Fanucci was Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy at Genzyme. Earlier in her career, she was a healthcare management consultant working with pharmaceutical firms on corporate and business unit strategy. Ms. Fanucci is a clinical pharmacist and holds an M.B.A. degree from Northeastern University. |
