Marsha C. Williams is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE) a real estate investment trust in Chicago Illinois. Ms. Williams is responsible for the company’s financial reporting and tax treasury and finance investor relations/public relations and risk management departments.Prior to joining Equity Office in August 2002 she was Chief Administrative Officer for Crate & Barrel where she managed the finance accounting information technology warehousing distribution and logistics loss prevention strategic planning direct marketing operations and purchasing departments. She was also a member of Crate & Barrel’s real estate and operations committees. Prior to Crate & Barrel Ms. Williams served as vice president and treasurer for Amoco Corporation the former Chicago-based multi-national oil company that merged with BP in 1998 Vice President and Treasurer of Carson Pirie Scott & Company and Vice President of The First National Bank of Chicago.Ms. Williams is also a director of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. Davis Funds and Selected Funds.Born in 1951 Ms. Williams received her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Ms. Williams joined the Modine Board of Directors in 1999. |
