Marlon Cush is an associate within Faegre & Benson’s Corporate Group. Prior to attending law school, Marlon worked as a financial analyst at a national financial services organization in New York. His legal experience prior to joining the firm includes assisting general counsel at a major aerospace corporation with research focused on Section 302 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, evaluating disclosure controls and certification procedures, and developing certification best practices for Form 10Q and 10K filings. Marlon earned his B.A. with a concentration in Political Science at Amherst College and his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School. |
