Marlene D. Ramstad started with the firm in 1999 in the trusts and estates group as a paralegal. Marlene has had over 11 years of experience in the trust and estate areas. Her areas of expertise include: identifying, assembling and valuing estate and trust assets preparing state and federal fiduciary income tax returns for attorney review maintaining and categorizing financial records of assets during the course of estate and trust administrations preparing and examining estate and trust accountings calculating and preparing distribution schedules of estate and trust assets Marlene has gained experience in the preparation of probate court documents and estate and gift tax returns for attorney review.Education Marlene received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University. |
