Marla is a HMG Director of Operations and brings extensive experience in utilization review, denials management, and performance improvement to her position. Most recently, as a Performance Improvement Data Analyst, she worked closely with the hospital quality initiatives and medical staff peer review.
Marla is responsible for implementation of new HMG practice sites and site operations as a member of the HMG Operations Team. She assists HMG physicians and staff in their daily practice, serves as a lead relationship manager with our client hospital leadership, assist in development of quality of care and patient safety initiatives as well as performance improvement activities. |
