Ms. Allen serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Customer Service. Allen focuses her attention on two of the company’s key initiatives: its people and its customers. She was instrumental in the development of standard operating procedures and accountability measures for performance improvement, has created employee and customer feedback systems and has improved the corporate image in the host environment and with the field operations team. Allen keeps an eye on the customer and works daily to improve the quality of their experience in our studios. Prior to joining PCA in 1999, Ms. Allen served in various capacities in Training and Development for several firms including Vista Eyecare, Inc., and Radisson Resort Hotels. Ms. Allen earned a bachelor’s degree in merchandising from Baylor University and a master’s degree in human resources development and management from Webster University. |
