Mr. Ziskind's professional experience spans 11 years in Information Technology with a particular emphasis on the design, implementation, and operations of a variety of storage, backup and recovery, and data infrastructure projects. These include Storage Area Network topologies, Enterprise backup and recovery architectures, as well as UNIX system administration and deployment of Operating System infrastructures. Mark has served as a subject matter expert to clients on a number of topics, including disaster recovery and data replication techniques, database and operating system backup and recovery methods, storage resource management, and storage benchmarking / performance tuning. He has achieved the Hitachi Data Systems Certified Professional (HCP), the Hitachi Data Systems Certified Implementer (HCI) credential, as well as the Brocade Certified Fabric Professional (BCFP) accreditation. For the last 6 years, Mark has led storage Professional Services engagements for a number of enterprise accounts.
