Mark Zimkind joined Continental in 2006. In Mark’s over 20 years of industry experience, he was formerly a Vice President and Relationship Manager with Manufacturers Hanover/Chemical Bank, Harris Trust Company and Georgeson Shareholder Services where he was responsible for all facets of their Corporate Actions business. Mark has handled some of the largest and most complex mergers ever including the leveraged buyout of RJR Nabisco, the largest merger of its time, Disney’s complex election merger of Capital Cities/ABC and successfully handled the first Dutch Auction Tender Offer ever done by a Canadian company (Imperial Oil Corporation). In addition, Mark has served on various committees in the Stock Industry Association and the Corporate Transfer Agent Association regarding reorganization issues. Mark has a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Springfield College, Springfield Massachusetts. |
