Mark has served as a director of our company since October 2007. Mr. Zesbaugh recently retired from his position as chief executive officer of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America and has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mr. Zesbaugh is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive license holder) and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is currently a member of the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts, the Association of Investment Management and Research, and the Young President’s Organization. Mr. Zesbaugh also serves on the board of trustees for the University of St. Thomas, as well as the board of directors of Inside Edge Commercial Interior Services and the Windsor Financial Group. |
