Mark Wilson Vice President of Customer Relations: As Vice President of Customer Relations for USANA Health Sciences Mr. Wilson is responsible for customer service order express data processing order processing and is the company's liaison with its Independent Distributor Council (IDC).
Mr. Wilson joined USANA as Director of Customer Relations in October 1996 and was promoted to Vice President in April 2000. He has over 15 years of direct-selling experience beginning with his experience at Convergys the world's largest call center company where he managed MCI's Friends & Family program (arguably one of the most successful relationship marketing campaigns in history). In addition Mr. Wilson managed the call center data processing and mail services for Melaleuca Inc. during their growth from $29 million to over $300 million in sales. Just prior to joining USANA Mr. Wilson was a consultant for Great Basin Marketing where he managed operations for several existing and startup companies.
He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Utah. |
