Mr. Waite has more than 20 years of experience in the business, engineering, and marketing aspects of technology company development. Mr. Waite recently co-founded Launch Momentum, a technology consultancy, and semiconductor company Extreme Packet Devices (EPD), which was acquired by PMC-Sierra, Inc. (NASDAQ: PMCS) for $415 million. Prior to EPD, Mr. Waite held engineering, marketing, sales, and management positions with Toshiba America Semiconductor, Ring Medical, Analogic Corporation, Tau-tron/General Signal, and Frequency & Time Systems. He has also consulted for technology concerns in Europe. Mr. Waite received his BS in Electrical Engineering and Technology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maine.
