Mark Stubbs joins CallWave with a strong finance and operations background. Prior to CallWave, Stubbs served as the Chief Financial Officer for SoundID, a privately-held consumer and medical products technology company. Stubbs was responsible for overall financial management, global operations and supported strategic business development initiatives.
Prior to joining Sound ID, Mr. Stubbs was with Somera Communication, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMRA), a leading global provider of telecommunications network asset management solutions. Stubbs held a number of management positions including Director of Global Finance Operations, Vice President of Supply Chain Management and Vice President and Managing Director of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, & Asia Pacific) region where he demonstrated success in business development, compliance requirements, effective cost and cash management strategies, and global operations. Prior to that, Stubbs held various financial management positions at Kinko's Inc., a leading provider of business document solutions and services.
Mr. Stubbs holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Master's Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
