Mark Simonetti is the Managing Director of WaterburyGroup’s Toledo/Detroit regional office. Since joining the executive search industry in the early 1990s , Mr. Simonetti has conducted executive search assignments in numerous industry verticals to include: Automotive, Consumer Products, Food and Beverage, Financial Services, and Professional Services. Though a generalist in nature, Mr. Simonetti’s search experience covers a wide array of functional disciplines to include: Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, and Manufacturing and Plant Management.

Prior to joining WaterburyGroup, Mark was a Divisional Corporate Staffing Manager for a Fortune® 500 human capital conglomerate. There, Mark was responsible for managing the staffing function for eight regional offices. In addition, Mark was consistently ranked as a top producer for both the staffing and full-time placement divisions. The majority of his full-time search work was focused on the Automotive and Manufacturing industry verticals.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
