Mark Simms is Director of Consulting Services and Customer Care for Cactus River, Inc. Prior to his current role, he held senior management positions with Bankers Trust Company, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, BearingPoint and Convergys, Inc. Mr. Simms has over 16 years of experience managing strategic information technology initiatives, optimizing shared service center performance and devising IT enabled process transformation strategies. Through his diverse industry and consulting experience Mr. Simms has developed expertise in managing diverse teams of customer and supplier resources engaged in large technology implementation projects, portal strategies and employee / manager self-service initiatives. Mr. Simms graduated from Rutgers University. He authored the chapter titled "The Effective Use of Information Technology in the Compensation and Budgeting Process" for the latest edition of the Compensation Handbook and is a lecturer at Penn State Graduate School of Business. |
