Mark joined Menlo Ventures in 1996. Previously, he held product management and consulting management positions at Oracle Corporation and worked in business development at Netscape Communications Corporation. At Menlo, Mark focuses primarily on software and communications companies. His recent investments and board seats include: 3PARdata, diCarta, Emptoris, Phiar, Questra, Tera Systems and Voltage Security. His prior investments include BlueGill Technologies, acquired by Checkfree (CKFR), Rubric, acquired by Kana Software (KANA) and Netmosphere, acquired by Critical Path (CPTH). Mark is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering) and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.). |
