He serves clients throughout the technology industry, recruiting executives for strategic functional, operations, and general management positions. Mark also specializes in assisting clients across industries that identify creative technology applications as integral to success. He recruits CIOs, CTOs and other key technology leadership as well as building global teams. Most recently, Mark held positions of increasing responsibility with The Hanover Insurance Group, where he introduced and led the company’s executive recruiting program. An entrepreneur, Mark founded Project Resource Solutions, Inc., a search firm specializing in staffing information technology positions. Other career experiences include being Director of Resource Management for Syndicated Technology, a Senior Staffing Consultant with Romac International/Kforce, and a Senior Technical Recruiter with Oxford & Associates. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Mark is active in professional and non-profit organizations including the New England Human Resources Association, the Human Capital Institute, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Massachusetts. He serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Elm Park Center for Early Childhood Education. Mark is based in the firm’s Boston office. |
