Mark Rich brings a wealth of expertise to the firm in developing highly effective human capital solutions that has been honed throughout a very successful career in both corporate human resources and outsourced consulting. As a senior human resources leader, management consultant and academic, his expertise is in developing and implementing innovative, value-added solutions to the challenges of attracting, assessing, developing and retaining exceptional talent. Most recently, Mark was a Senior Career Management Consultant with Right Management's New Jersey Region. Prior to joining Right, Mark was the Regional Director for TWC, a well-known human capital management consulting firm where he provided corporate clients with strategic assessment services, developing a staff of 30 consultants and managing clients including emerging growth companies as well as large enterprise organizations such as Lucent, Intel, Pharmacia and Honeywell. Mark has also served in senior human resource executive positions with a number of large consumer product and retailing organizations, including Macy's, division of Federated Stores, FootStar, and Melville Corporation, where he focused on staffing and senior leadership recruiting, training and development during periods of rapid growth and expansion. Holding a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson, Mark is currently a Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson where he teaches courses such as Human Resource Selection and Organizational Behavior |
