As Vice President of Client and Industry Development, Mark Reichenbach is responsible for supporting customers with expertise that leverages his experience building successful e-discovery response and litigation support teams.A pioneer in the world of electronic document discovery, Reichenbach most recently served as the Director of Merrill Lynch’s Discovery and Regulatory Response Team. He also led the organization's legal hold and collection initiatives and was accountable for preparing the company's legal resources for "meet and confers" and Rule 30(b)(6) depositions. His tenure at Merrill Lynch was preceded by a decade of delivering litigation support on electronic evidence matters to leading law firms. He has been a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) since 2002 and has served as a faculty member for The Sedona Institute CLE programs. Reichenbach is also a member of the Georgetown Law Center's E-Discovery Advisory Board. |
