Mr. Rauenhorst is Chairman & CEO of Opus Corporation with oversight responsibility for the Opus operating company subsidiaries, Opus East, L.L.C., Opus North Corporation, Opus Northwest, L.L.C., Opus South Corporation, and Opus West Corporation, which engage in design, construction and real estate development activities. In addition, he has overall responsibility for non-operating company subsidiaries of Opus Corporation.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Rauenhorst joined the company in 1982 and has been involved in most aspects of the company's activities. He became president and chief executive officer of Opus Northwest, L.L.C. in 1996, supervising all activities related to project development, including site acquisitions, zoning, market analysis, financial feasibility, government approvals, marketing, leasing and property management. In April 1999, he became president of Opus Corporation, was named chief executive officer in April 2000, and chairman in April 2007.
