Mark Querry joined Calypso® Medical in 2000 with more than 20 years of financial and strategic management experience in the financial and life sciences industries. Prior to joining Calypso® Medical, Mr. Querry served as director of finance and administration at EKOS Corporation, an early-stage drug delivery company. At EKOS, he was responsible for finance and accounting, human resources, information technology systems and facilities. Prior to joining EKOS, Mr. Querry served in a variety of roles with Abbott Laboratories, including finance manager in Abbott’s Diagnostic Division, with responsibilities in the Central and Eastern European markets. He established sales and marketing subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary and managed distribution relationships spanning 19 countries and $50 million in revenue. Before joining Abbott, Mr. Querry served as a senior auditor for Price Waterhouse and managed and participated in several financial audit engagements, mergers and acquisitions projects and SEC registrations. Mr. Querry holds bachelor of arts degrees in accounting and English literature from Hillsdale College and is a certified public accountant. |
