Mark Payne, Executive Vice President of Business Development for Leading Edge Aviation Solutions, LLC, has approximately 15 years experience in the aviation industry spanning marketing, operations and finance. Mark has been with Leading Edge since the company’s creation in July 2004 when Corporate Aviation Analysis and Planning (CAAP) and Wings Aviation International joined forces to create Leading Edge in 2004. Prior to Leading Edge, Payne was a thirteen-year veteran of American Airlines, where he had held multiple leadership roles in both domestic and international arenas. Prior to American, he held a vice president’s position at Rockwall International, Inc., an international trade corporation based in Dallas, TX . Mark speaks fluent Spanish, has lived in Mexico and Central America and has conducted business throughout Latin America. Payne, a Dallas native, holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas. |
