Mr. Paiewonsky has over 20 years of business and accounting experience related to the software development and distribution industry, professional services, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, audits, capital acquisition, and general ledger conversions. Prior to joining Cryptek, he was the Chief Financial Officer at TREEV LLC, where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, legal, insurance, HR and IT functions of the company. In addition, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Globalink, Inc., the Corporate Controller at Best Software, Inc., and an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Paiewonsky earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
