As Vice President of Finance & Administration, Mark is responsible for the company's finance, accounting, human resources, investor relations and all legal activities. He brings 16 years of corporate finance, accounting and business strategy experience to BeVocal, spanning pre-revenue start-ups, rapid growth companies and Fortune 500 enterprises. Prior to joining BeVocal, Mark was CFO at Appshop, where he was instrumental in the company's growth and sale to USinternetworking. He also served as CFO of BroadWord Communications, and has worked in senior level financial positions at Watershed Capital, International Network Services and Consolidated Freightways. Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska. |
