Mark has more than 30 years of extensive financial, operational, and management experience in a variety of industries, in both the public and private sector.
Professional Experience
Previously, Mark was at Arthur Andersen LLP focusing on business development and marketing activities in the Metro New York area.
During his career, he has served as CFO and COO at various companies where he had profit and loss responsibility. He has also worked with companies experiencing different degrees of profitability and has worked in the restructuring environment representing clients dealing directly with government, regulatory, and financial institutions.
