With more than two decades of construction experience, Mark Morris joined the Dallas team in 1990. Since that time, he has been instrumental in the development and construction of more than 600,000 square feet office and retail space, along with 5,000 apartments and condominiums, for North American Properties. Morris brings a wealth of industry expertise in all aspects of pre- and post-construction for single- and multi-family, office, retail and industrial developments. His knowledge of site assessment, plan review, written specifications and contract negotiation and execution is invaluable. Prior to joining North American Properties, Morris worked with Jagger Builders, an Austin, Texas-based apartment developer. He received his bachelor’s degree from Austin College. |
