He is responsible for leading the CalChamber Information Technology Department, providing technical consultation, planning and administration of CalChamber software infrastructure; technical support for the implementation and maintenance of CalChamber servers, computers, communications equipment, network and websites; and managing the budget.

Before establishing AAA’s website operation, Miller was a key player in the development and retail offering of AAA-branded CD-ROM consumer travel products. In addition to his work at the Southern California AAA, Mark served as a member of the AAA National Internet Development Committee and AAA Travel Technology Committee, and chaired the Internet Strategy Working Group. |
