Mark Meller has been Trey Resources' president and chief executive officer since September 2003. Since 1988, he has been chief executive officer of Bristol Townsend & Co., Inc., a New Jersey based consulting firm providing merger and acquisition advisory services to middle market companies. From 1986 to 1988, he was vice president of corporate finance and general counsel of Crown Capital Group, Inc, a New Jersey based consulting firm providing advisory services for middle market leveraged buy-outs (LBOs). Prior to 1986, he was a financial consultant and practiced law in New York City. He is a member of the New York State Bar. |
