Mr. Lyons provides and manages legal resources to support the company's project development activities. He is responsible for regulatory strategy, representation before agencies, and project contract negotiation. Mr. Lyons directed the development of Noble’s Clinton County, New York projects. He has 27 years of experience in the renewable energy and independent power industries, including project and policy development. Mr. Lyons received a BA, cum laude, from Amherst College, and a JD from Albany Law School. |
