Mark Landreville is a managing director in the public finance group and derivatives department at Piper Jaffray since 2005. His focuses on senior living and affordable housing clients, including skilled nursing, assisted living, senior housing, congregate housing and continuing care retirement communities.
Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, Landreville was a principal and manager of public finance for a regional investment banking company. Since 2000 he has completed over 50 transactions as investment banker or advisor with a total dollar value in excess of $550 million.
Landreville has served on the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging business partners advisory board. He is also a community board member of the Aspen Medical Group, a former president of the Minnesota Institute of Public Finance and a frequent speaker at senior living forums. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in economics from St. Johns University in Collegeville, Minnesota. |
