Mark has nearly a quarter century of experience as a Real Estate Broker beginning his career as a Real Estate Investor turning that avocation into a vocation. He started his brokerage career as a commercial Investment specialist with a company that was acquired by Merrill Lynch. A top producer with the Company he was nominated to open a branch office for the firm. His management skills quickly made that office one of the most productive in the Company.
A strong believer in education Mark has a B S in management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. After acquiring his Brokers license he took the courses necessary to earn the coveted CCIM designation and became a designee in 1982 becoming the 1492nd designee in the Country. Mark is routinely called on to speak as a guest lecturer or serve as an expert witness and is often used as a Court ordered Receiver.
Mark has an uncanny knack for sensing Real Estate opportunities and has spent years helping clients participate in group investing, which has allowed those who have limited investment dollars to participate in larger Real Estate projects. Mark specializes in Asset Management, Investment properties, site selection work and property management.
Mark has been a founding director of the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Commercial Realtors, a director of the Greater Clearwater Association of Realtors and was named the REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 1992. He has been a director of the Mease Hospital Board of Trustees, The Morton Plant Mease Foundation, The Jewish Federation of Pinellas County, Temple B'Nai Israel and Premier Community Bank.
Mark and his wife Judy are residents of Clearwater since 1967. |
