Mr. Kleckner has over 24 years experience in the federal IT industry. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
of McNeil Technologies, Mr. Kleckner directs the day-to-day operations of the company focusing on the strategic and tactical operational management of McNeil’s three business centers. He is also the Acting Director of McNeil's Enterprise Information Technology Center (EITC) that provides world-class enterprise information technology solutions for an extensive and diverse group of Federal civilian and Department of Defense (DOD) clients.
Prior to his current leadership role at McNeil, Mr. Kleckner spent over 10 years at Trawick & Associates (TRAWICK). As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) he led the company as it became a premier mid-tier Federal IT enterprise service provider. At TRAWICK he held the positions of Executive Vice President, Director of Business Development, and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to TRAWICK, Mr. Kleckner managed a major division of Kaman Sciences Corporation (now part of ITT Systems) supporting a number of large contracts including key contracts for the U.S. Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). |
