While studying Computer Engineering at Marquette University Mark worked as a systems administrator for Siemens Medical Systems NMG. His customer skills, drive toward personalized services, and expertise in Network applications led him to start a Computer Systems Support business that still compliments his work with Roger Shaw & Associates today. Mark was introduced to woodworking technology applications through his father in law, a local Altendorf America dealer, whose customers were researching the industries leading automation products. Through the experience of helping each of the customers with a technical analysis of the available applications, Mark found that RSA had the most flexible and industry specific solutions available for Design, Manufacturing and Tracking. In 2003 Mark accepted a position with RSA as the Regional Sales Manager for Minnesota, Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Northwest Indiana, and Western Michigan. He now enjoys being able to help his customers achieve the automation level they need to be competitive and productive in their unique businesses. |
