Mark Hynes is responsible for providing logistics and transportation management solutions to clients across the world. With over 2,000 employees worldwide, ML&T has 18 locations in Europe and North America providing services to Caterpillar facilities. Mark began his career at Caterpillar in 1975 and has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility in chemical and metallurgical engineering, quality, manufacturing, and environmental affairs. In 1994 he became manager of Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety when it was combined into a single group. He spent 7 years in prime product management, becoming product manager for track-type tractors and loaders in Grenoble, France in 1996, and for hydraulic excavators in Aurora, Illinois in 1999. Mark earned his bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. |
