Mr. Hill is Senior Vice President and Director of the CTL Product Group of NorthMarq Capital in Charlotte, NC. Previously, he has served in commercial loan origination, closing, underwriting and servicing capacities at Laureate Capital, Bank of America, Boatmen’s Mortgage, Kislak Mortgage and First Savings of Houston. He is a former federal bank examiner and controller for a New York Stock Exchange company. Mr. Hill holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Accounting from Kansas University and M.S. degrees in Accounting and Internal Audit from Florida International University. He has written many articles and books on various industry topics and is a frequent industry speaker. Mr. Hill is a past chair of MBA's Asset Administration and Education Committees, the Freddie Mac Advisory Council, and a past member of the CMSA World Editorial Board. He currently chairs the Society of Certified Mortgage Bankers (CMB). |
