Before joining Nimsoft, Mark Harris was CFO of Miami-based DSLi, a VoIP company, where he was responsible for the funding and financial management of operations that provided a seven-fold growth in revenues. Previously, as CFO of Riversoft Plc, a company providing network management software solutions, Harris led one of the fastest Initial Public Offerings in the history of the London Stock Exchange, raising $160m. During his time at Riversoft, the 20-person company grew to over 300 employees, raised four rounds of venture capital funding and secured financing led by industry partners Cisco, Intel and Hewlett-Packard. Prior to joining Riversoft Harris held a number of financial management positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Salomon Smith Barney. Harris was top of his graduating class and has a First Class Honors Degree in Mathematics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London, where he spent six years with Deloitte & Touche providing audit, corporate and accounting services to a varied portfolio of private and public companies. |
