Mark Hannum is a Principal Consultant at Linkage, Inc. with over twenty years of experience in organizational and leadership development, coaching, competency modeling and executive team building and alignment.
Mark's skilled leadership and innovation has resulted in the successful implementation of many organizational design projects with client mergers and acquisitions. He is also a frequent featured speaker at many training and education events. Some of Mark's accomplishments include:
- A year-long leadership development accelerator for over forty high potential leaders in a rapidly growing financial services organization
- Development of governing vision and values for the senior management team in a newly organized subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company
- Development of an assessment process for the Board of Directors for a large publicly held company
- Coaching several members of the executive team, as well as facilitation of the team itself, for a specialty construction company through a period of rapid growth
Prior to joining Linkage, Mark worked as Manager of Higher Education at Hanover Insurance. He was actively involved in many organizational change efforts with Peter Senge and the Center for Organizational Learning at MIT. As part of these efforts, he managed and helped build complex business simulations and microworlds for assessing and changing management's mental models of how things worked.
Mark has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Bucknell University, a Masters of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, and is currently finishing a dissertation to complete his Ph.D. at Boston University in Human Resource Education. |
