Mark Hahn, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration Prior to joining GigaBeam, Mr. Hahn was CFO at BuildLinks, Inc., a provider of construction management software to the residential construction industry, where he led the development of that company's strategic plans and drove the closing of several rounds of venture capital investment. Prior to BuildLinks, Mr. Hahn was CFO at Performaworks, Inc., a provider of performance management software, and Charles & Colvard, Ltd. At Charles & Colvard, Mr. Hahn led the growth of the firm from three to 75 employees and spearheaded that company’s $45 million IPO and subsequent SEC compliance. Prior to Charles & Colvard, Mr. Hahn spent 12 years with Ernst & Young where he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Senior Manager. At Ernst & Young, Mr. Hahn led project management, engagement planning, client relations and the development of both public and private growth oriented companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. |
