Mark, President of DDJ Myers, Ltd. has been resourceful in inspiring teams to bring together their best talents, values and vision to unify their resources in achieving strategic initiatives . . . with less breakdowns and more fulfillment. Mark is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Marketing, is a certified Executive Coach, a student and teacher of embodied leadership, is certified to administer and coach Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ-i) and other leadership assessment tools and models. In his work with Deedee Myers, he has developed and implemented mentoring and coaching programs for organizations of various types and sizes. Mark participates in assessing candidates for CEO searches, facilitates Succession Planning and Strategic Planning conferences, and writes and speaks on leadership for national and local organizations. He is an active teacher in a local association that mentors and grows leaders in various organizations throughout the city and a contributing editor to a publication for financial professionals. Mark and his wife, Deedee, parent nine children including twins and quadruplets. He is an active advisor for local organizations focused on leadership development for young professionals and enjoys giving back to the community in ways that make a positive difference.
