MARK GOTTWALD is the Chairman and co-founder of Mindfire Entertainment as well as founder of Creatier, Inc, a company devoted to enhancing streaming video content on the web for e-commerce and educational applications.As an acclaimed chef and restaurateur, Mark Gottwald has spent almost as much time on the water as in the kitchen. Dividing his time seasonally between The Ship's Inn in Nantucket, MA and Los Angeles, Mark features ingredients indigenous to each area in his classic French preparations.A licensed commercial fisherman, Mark catches Tuna, Striped Bass and Cod for his Nantucket restaurant and Grouper, Snapper and Cobia for his Florida eatery, Ellie's.In addition to creating The Angler's Table, a fishing and cooking pilot for Outdoor Life Network, Gottwald is also the Executive Producer of such feature films as Free Enterprise, The Specials and House of the Dead. He is also the publisher of Cinefantastique and Femme Fatales Magazine, which his company acquired in 2002. His most recent credits include producing the Mindfire Entertainment film, House of the Dead 2 for Lions Gate Films and All Souls Day, Room 6 and The Darkroom under the company's CFQ Films banner. |
