A veteran in information technology and in payment card services delivery, Mark is also one of T3’s original employees. In his current role, Mark owns responsibility for T3’s administrative and support infrastructure, for quality assurance and for defining customer service policies and procedures. Mark also architects and builds automated scripts to test all new services and to measure throughput capabilities prior to implementation.
Earlier in his career while at MasterCard International, Mark provided technical product support and managed a 10-terabyte data warehouse for MasterCard’s globally accessed report delivery service MasterCard Online. Later, while with CyberSource Corporation, Mark created automated test processes, defined regression-testing standards, and, developed automated script handling for testing, throughput and functionality. These processes subsequently became an integral part of CyberSource’s testing philosophy.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
