Bio: Dr. Mark E. Ginter has given many presentations throughout the country on moral issues. He has published in scholarly journals such as the C.T.S.A. Proceedings, Fides Quaerens Intellectum, Josephinum Journal of Theology, and Logos: Journal of Eastern Christian Studies as well as in popular journals such as Pastoral Life and The Priest on such topics as the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the new evangelization, morality and the Holy Spirit, conscience, marriage and sexuality, the culture of life vs. the culture of death, and stem cell research. Presently, he is working on a four volume series of textbooks in moral theology with accompanying CD-ROMs. He taught previously at Sacred Heart School of Theology in Hales Corners, WI, and Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH, from which he, also, received his MA. In 1996, he founded the Yves Congar Ecumenical Colloquium of the Catholic Theological Society of America. He was integral to the development of Saint Meinrad’s Youth Liturgical Leadership Program. He sits on the board of directors of Holy Family Center for Life. He is married and the father of seven children. With his wife, they are original members of the Evansville Diocese Catholic Engaged Encounter. |
