Mr. Furman has over 20 years of experience providing corporate finance and investment banking services to clients with an emphasis on private and public debt and equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and IPO’s. Mr. Furman has completed successful financing transactions, valued at over $2 billion, as an investment banker at Campell Vanderslice Furman LP (CVF), a private boutique investment bank, CIBC Oppenheimer and The Chase Manhattan Bank.Mark has a M.B.A from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton. |
